Agent authorisation form for domestic students and returning international students
Use the following form if you are a domestic student or a returning international student already studying with Massey University and you want to give someone full access to your file to act on your behalf.

Under 18 international students
Use this form if you are an international applicant under 18 years old at your last birthday who will be residing with a designated caregiver in New Zealand while studying at Massey University.

Principal or Academic Advisor's recommendation
Use this form if a student intends to study concurrently at school and through Massey University or if a student intends to leave school and apply for admission under the Discretionary Entrance provisions.

International Student Distance Declaration
Use the following form if you are an International Student with a Home Country of China and are enrolling for a course that is taught via a Distance (Extramural) offering. Please upload this completed form via the Special Permission request functionality when enrolling for the course.
