Arindam Banerjee  has been Navigation Leader of two major Squadrons of the IAF including the only Air to Air Refueling  Squadron. He was also Airforce Examiner and Flight Commander (Transport)  in the elite Aircew Examining Board of the IAF  The aircraft he has flown and examined include AN-32 ,  IL-76( Transport aircraft), IL-78(Tanker) and  HS-748 ( Navigation Trainer). In addition he has also examined Navigators of AWACS, C-130J(Super Hercules), MI-26(Helicopter) B-737-200 and  BBJ (VVIP) aircraft.  Arindam is experienced in all roles that  Large aircraft  are employed including Paradropping, Heavy Cargo dropping, Lightweight Cargo drops ,     Air to Air Refueling, Fire Fighting, SIGINT, ELINT,etc. He has operated as aircrew out of 36 International Airports outside India. He has been member of almost all major disaster relief missions undertaken by  IAF between 1999 to 2015.
