International Student Support
What do we do
Each campus has an International Student Support (ISS) team to help and support you while you are studying with us. You will meet us during Orientation, and through out the year you will have the opportunity to enjoy info sessions, workshops, social events and trips. We encourage you to use as many of student life services during your study journey as well as contacts within University. We also have extensive contacts with local agencies and community organisations.
What can you do
To help you become well-orientated and settled into your study and life in New Zealand, please download and read Massey University's International student support handbook 2021.pdf (7,248 KB) carefully. As part of your international student enrolment process, please provide your passport, student visa, and completed
Personal Details and Student Agreement Form (68 KB) to the Campus Information Services team at your campus.
Talkcampus, a 24/7 mental health support app, is now available to Massey students. The online global mental health support network allows students to access online support from anywhere, at any time, for as long as needed. Also available to student off-shore.

Code of Practice

This code makes sure international students are well informed, safe, and properly cared for throughout their studies in New Zealand. You can download a printable version of the Code of Practice, including amendments from 2019, on the NZQA website.
The Code and Massey's grievance process
