Welcome to FoodPilot, where we can help you turn your food ideas into commercial reality.
FoodPilot is the largest collection of pilot-scale food processing equipment in the southern hemisphere, located at Massey University’s Palmerston North campus. We have the facilities and expertise to develop and assess just about any type of food or drink.
Our team of food technologists and engineers has extensive experience working with clients and their food products and we are always looking for new ways to answer interesting food questions. Together with Massey University scientists we have achieved several world firsts in food and nutrition.
It all starts with ideas. So take a look around our site and see if your idea would benefit from the FoodPilot treatment. If you like what you see, follow our simple process to get started. We’d be happy to help.
People come to FoodPilot to solve all kinds of technical and scientific challenges regarding food.
Working with the FoodPilot is easy – it starts with you telling us what you want to do and what you need.
Here are some of the FoodPilot projects that we’ve undertaken for clients and how they’ve found the experience.
The FoodPilot is well connected, making it easy for you to access the expertise and equipment you need.
