Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) with the MGS

Massey Genome Service (MGS) has invested in two Illumina MiSeq™ instruments.

Massey Genome Service offers Illumina MiSeq™ sequencing wtih the following applications:

• Genomic DNA sequencing of small genomes e.g. bacterial, fungal and viral
  - de novo sequencing
  - re-sequencing
• Whole Metagenomics
• 16S amplicon Sequencing
• Custom amplicon sequencing
• RNA sequencing
  -  Gene Expression analysis
  -  Transcriptomics
  -  Small RNA Sequencing

Massey Genome Service is an agent for HiSeq, Novaseq, PacBio sequencing services.
